  • To maintain the highest degree of client satisfaction, each operation is managed by its employees, who are empowered and equipped to make the necessary decisions regarding day-to-day activities, client service and long term planning.

Improvement Policy

  • As part of an ongoing programme to upgrade staff qualification levels and expertise, Hi-Tech has established a dedicated training academy, which is affiliated to the Security Officer’s Board.
  • Every Hi-Tech technician is required to undergo training on a continuous basis. This includes theoretical and practical sessions by qualified, experienced Training Staff with the aim of developing technical expertise ranging from wireman to technician.
  • This training prepares the technician for the many challenges they face in there work environments - including typical installion, monitoring premises and assisting in emergencies , as well as value - adding services like general client support, public relations and basic medical assistance.
  • In addition to training technical personnel, various other training initiatives are implemented for support staff and management. These include supervisory, office Administration, marketing, client liaison and management interventions, all of which are aimed at ensuring that personnel are of the highest standard and are continuously motivated to carry out their responsibilities efficiently.
